Founded in 2003, JIT Technologies emerged from a vision to revolutionize precision manufacturing. What started as a small operation with a handful of dedicated engineers has grown into a global powerhouse serving 30+ clients across 4 states in India.
Our commitment to innovation and quality has earned us ISO 9001 certifications, making us a trusted partner for the world's most demanding industries including aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, and medical devices.
Today, we operate state-of-the-art facilities equipped with the latest CNC machinery, precision testing equipment, and a team of 100+ skilled engineers and technicians dedicated to excellence. Our three continental hubs ensure we can serve regional markets with minimal lead times and maximum efficiency.
Our CEO
Jithendra Kumar K.E is the Founder and CEO of JIT Technologies, a Bengaluru-based company specializing in precision engineering, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and industrial automation.
A Mechanical Engineer from Govt. BDT College of Engineering, Davanagere, he brings over 30 years of experience in design, manufacturing, and innovation. He began his career with HMT and later contributed to projects for BPCL, IOC, Toyota, and C-DOT before founding JIT Technologies in 2003.
Under his leadership, the company has delivered complex engineering solutions for top clients like OTIS India, Kennametal, Bharat Electronics, Weir Minerals, and Indo-MIM. Known for his focus on quality, technology, and customer satisfaction, Mr. Jithendra continues to drive JIT Technologies toward excellence in precision manufacturing and industrial innovation.
Beyond business, he supports education and social causes through Shabari Educational Society and is an active Rotarian in Bengaluru.
